I wish I could give this place more than five stars for absolutely everything about our experience. We stopped here for dinner with our three toddlers, and we could not have been more grateful for their INCREDIBLE service! To top it off, the food was DELICIOUS!! We’ll be back the next time we’re in town!

Had the original BBQ poboy. I don't know what I was expecting but it wasn't this....sammie was delicious all around. The curly fries were fantastic. A little dive-bar ish vibes inside, but those are usually the best spots.

Came here for the first time today and will become a repeat customer! The staff was so friendly and pleasant, the food was absolutely delicious and worth the price, and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable

Very friendly atmosphere...local piece of history for Alexandria. Broasted Chicken is amazing. crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Shout out to Alexa ! Thanks for the fast and friendly service! Dad and I ate two, 2 piece white Broasted Chicken baskets with 2 drinks. 26.80. Worth it.

I had a hanker'n for a Po'boy as I passed through Louisiana. So I swung in to Lou & Laura's "Home of the Original Po'boy". Well. It was accidental that I stopped there since Id actually came via my maps app to visit the Po'boy shop next door. I decided, lets give Lou & Laura a shot and see what they were rocking in the form of a Shrimp Po'boy. Well, it was perfectly loaded with fresh veggies, crispy fried shrimp and tasty mayo sauce on a hoagie roll. It was quite good. The young fella at the counter was quite pleasant also. Great place. Give Lou & Laura's a try.

1 of my favorite places to eat dinner at! I love their broasted chicken wings and curly fries! Very friendly staff too Me, my folks, our relatives and our friends come here I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I concur with previous comments. I had a burger and fries and everything was fresh and hot. This is a nice small place to sit, relax and enjoy the taste of the food.

We enjoyed our 6 shrimp basket with curly cue fries & the original poboy with BBQ sauce. Our friends enjoyed the fish & shrimp basket. At the end we got a soft serve cone and mini pecan pies. Simple place, friendly service and good, decently priced food.
